You will see this icon on the desktop when they log into a conference room PC:

Which will open a browser asking you to log into Microsoft:

Once you are signed in it will open the Teams Web Application within the browser:

You may also receive this screen as well and will need to select “Use the web app instead”:

You can join the meeting by going to your calendar and selecting “Join”:

When joining for the first time you will need to Allow “teams.microsoft.com” to use your microphone and camera:

Before joining the meeting make sure the Computer Audio is using “Echo Cancelling Speakerphone” if the room has a Rally Bar:
