1. To setup your email signature start a new email in outlook and then select the Signature icon in ribbon and select signature from dropdown.


2. Then from within the Signatures and Stationery window select the new button give your signature a name and select ok.


3. After you have created a name for your signature, you will then go to one of Damian's emails and copy his signature and add it to the body content and make sure to change the information with the red arrows below to match yours. 


4. Then last step is to make sure that you have selected the New messages and replies/forwards to your new signature. What this does is, it will auto-populate when sending new or replying to messages. Now that this is setup simply close out of window and you are done.
