There are a couple of things that you could be facing when trying to VPN into Access Laser.


  1. Can't login because you got a new phone and still have same number? Please submit a help-desk ticket and request to have them send you a re-invite to AuthPoint.
  2. If after you have been re-invited and you still are having issues, please remember that you need to allow AuthPoint notifications on your phone in order to receive the approval or deny request sent to your phone. You will have to go back and uninstall AuthPoint and re-install and then select allow on all options when installing on mobile device. Then have the Help-Desk re-send you an invite via email. 
  3. Can't login because password has expired, please submit a help-desk ticket and someone will remote in to help you out.
  4. Once this has been resolved through IT department, you can set a reminder to change your password prior to the 6 months expiration policy. While you are logged into VPN, simply select ctrl+alt+delete and then select the change password option. This will sync your new password with your desktop as well. 

    5. You may find yourself not being able to login due to being on an older version of the WatchGuard client. Please submit a help-desk ticket and someone will help you out.
