(Step 1.)


1.    In the windows search box simply start typing the word control panel then select open or double-click on icon. See Step 1. 



(Step 2.)


2.    Then once the control panel opens select view devices and printer option. See Step 2. 



(Step 3.)


3.    Now in the new window that opens you should see what printers you have installed on your computer, if you don't see the one you would             like to add, simply select add printer at the top. See Step 3. 


(Step 4.)


4.    A new window will open that will show you a list of printers that are available to install. Simply scroll through window until you find the one             you are looking for in directory. Then once located click once and select the next button. See Step 4. 


5.    Then a window will open that will ask for username and password. Please use the following credentials for this step:

Username: install

Password: access123$

(Step 5.)


6.    This should now start the installation process, once complete you should see the window above. From here you can either set as default or deselect the box if you don't want this as the default printer, print a test page to make sure it prints to the right printer you want, or if you are certain simply hit the finish button. See Step 6.
