(Step 1.)


1.    Open a new word document and then select the file tab located at the top left of ribbon


(Step 2.)


2.    Then select the Options menu from left-hand side


(Step 3.)


3.    Then within the Word Options window select the Proofing option


(Step 4.)


4.    Now within the Proofing window on right-hand side, select the Custom Dictionaries option


(Step 5.)


5.    Once the Custom Dictionary window opens, select the RoamingCustom.dic (Default) and select the Edit Word List


(Step 6.)


6.    Then within the RoamingCustom.dic window, in the Word box type in your word you would like to add 


(Step 7.)


7.    Once you have typed in the word you want to add, simply click the Add button and then OK . This is now added to your dictionary, now just continue to             select OK until you get back to your word document.


(Step 8.)


8.    You should now see your new word when entering it in word or in email when spelled incorrectly, simply right-click and select your new word.

Note: When adding this in word it will show up in email as they both use the same dictionary.
