(Step 1.)


1.    From within your email locate the quarantined email that is being help by our spam filter

(Step 2.)


2.    After selecting Sign in to your account from step 1, a new window will open. Then login to Proofpoint with your windows credentials

(Step 3.)


3.    Once you have logged in you will have several choices to choose from, see above screenshot for choices.

If you know who the sender is, you can release the email and this will then forward to your mail inbox. 

If you don't recognize the sender then delete it. 

Or simply close out, if you believe that this is a false positive and let your IT department know and they will take care of it for you.

(Step 4.)


4.    Once you have gone through all your quarantined messages, simply select the person icon in top right and the select logout to end your              proofpoint session.
