***Solidworks/PDM Upgrade 2024 is coming*****

Hello all,
We will be moving forward with the upgrade of our current solidworks pdm and solidworks applications on December 18th. On the evening of December 17th, 2025, everyone must have their items checked-in by 5:30pm. Connor, Zofia, or myself will let you know if you have anything still checked-out. I will be starting the conversion the morning of December 18th at 6am . Both solidworks and pdm (vault) will be down until we have completed validation. Once this has been completed we will then install the client on all machines that morning. If we miss any please submit a ticket and we will install the software when we can. Please do not attempt to login to either application until you have been notified by IT. Also, please remember to leave your computer on overnight. For those that have the vault installed on their laptops, please also remember to leave this on and connected to your internet. Otherwise, you will just need to submit a ticket to have this installed on your laptop and we will get to you when we have a moment. When you are working with a drawing after the upgrade, you can save as new file version as you go. If anyone has any issues with these two applications, please remember to submit a help-desk ticket and we will help you out as soon as we can.
